Exisiting Clients, I ask that you please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
 
New Clients, please arrive 15 minutes to allow time for you to check-in and fill out paperwork. New guests are asked to complete a confidential questionnaire; with your well being in mind. You may also be asked to update your information on a regular basis if you have any changes to your routine or medications.

Minors/Children: Unless you are a parent accompanying your teen to their appointment, children are not allowed in the studio. Please understand it is a potential liabilty.

Cancellation Policy:  I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

  • 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you cancel within 2-3 hours of your appointment, without reason, a second appointment is up tp the digrestion of the Esthetician. [Emergencies n/a]
  • Scheduled time is reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving me enough or any notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. In the event that I do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you via PayPal:
    Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
    Notification given less than 24 hour prior to appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the service booked. 
  • No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment AND doesn't call or text the Esthetician for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show." Failure to show up for your appointment ie "NO SHOW" will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount & another apointment will not be booked.
  • Late Arrivals I book my clients on 20 mintute intervals- please be on time or 5 mins early. I will not be able to do your service if you arrive late. It will have to be rescheduled for a different date/time. That will count as a "missed appointment". Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Please call or text the me ASAP out of courtesy to let me know you are running late. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Please plan accordingly and be on time. thank you!
 
Sanitization/Sterilization: Sanitization is #1 priority. I use hospital grade sterilants and virucides to thoroughly disinfect and clean all of my tools and equipment. If an item cannot be thoroughly sterilized after treatment, it is thrown away after use.
 
Product Purchases/Returns: I can only accept returns on unopened product in original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
